A base race ensued between the two squads, and TLPH’s calculated gamble paid off as they destroyed RORA’s Nexus first, stealing Game 1 in dramatic fashion.
Game 2
If the first game was a nail-biter, Game 2 was a statement. RORA still showed flashes of brilliance and managed to hold their ground in the early game, but TLPH kept up the pressure and never let go. With tighter execution, sharper map control, and overwhelming teamfight coordination, Team Liquid PH gradually choked out Aurora Gaming’s options. The momentum shifted fully in TLPH’s favor as they crushed through the remaining objectives and base defenses, closing out the series in dominant fashion.
With this 2-0 sweep, Team Liquid PH clinches an upper bracket slot in the MPL PH Season 15 playoffs, proving they’re not just here to play — they’re here to win.
