Team Falcons asserted their dominance over Twisted Minds in a commanding 2-0 sweep in the Week 2 Day 2 of MPL PH Season 15. Despite TWIS’s attempts to keep up the pace and gain the upperhand, FLCN’s relentless map control and aggressive plays proved too much to handle. Super Marco once again showcased his firepower, securing multiple kill streaks to seal the series.
Game 1
Twisted Minds aimed for a late-game advantage with Outplayed’s Moskov pick, but Team Falcons refused to give them any breathing room. FLCN’s Pheww, utilizing Lou Yi’s teleportation capabilities, maintained constant pressure across the map, keeping TWIS on the defensive.
TWIS found an opening at the 11-minute mark with a successful teamfight, taking down two members of FLCN and momentarily pushing them back. However, just as TWIS seemed to gain control, FLCN swiftly retaliated by securing the Lord. They marched straight into TWIS’s base, with Super Marco securing a Maniac—following up on his savage kill streak from the previous day—before breaking the nexus and claiming victory.
Game 2
Game 2 followed a similar pattern, with Team Falcons dominating the early game and denying TWIS any room to maneuver. By the 7-minute mark, FLCN had already built a substantial 7-kill lead, showcasing their superior map control.
Their dominance continued into the 13-minute mark, widening the kill gap to 10 in favor of FLCN. Super Marco once again put on a show, securing a triple kill before FLCN decisively closed out the match with overwhelming force, completing the sweep with authority.
