A clash of titans took place as M6 World Champions ONIC PH faced off against Aurora Gaming, who were undefeated this season leading into Week 5. To everyone’s surprise, or not, ONIC breaks the record with a reverse sweep.
Game 1
Aurora Gaming came in strong, drafting Kalea for roamer Renejay. Their aggressive playstyle paid off early, dominating teamfights and objectives to secure the Game 1 win.
Game 2
ONIC PH responded fiercely in Game 2. The squad locked in Granger for their Gold Laner Kelra, whose precision and firepower spearheaded ONIC’s comeback. With superior map control, ONIC forced RORA into a defensive position and tied the series.
Game 3
The deciding match was a battle of wits and endurance. Both teams pulled out all the stops, but it was ONIC PH who maintained composure and secured key objectives. In the end, ONIC handed RORA their first defeat of the season, completing the reverse sweep and breaking their 14-0 dream run with a 2-1 victory.
