A clash between world champion-caliber squads unfolded as Team Liquid PH faced Team Falcons in an intense best-of-three series in the MPL PH Season 15 Week 5 Day 2. Both teams showcased high-level play, but only one would emerge victorious.
Game 1
TLPH dominated the early game, capitalizing on their aggression and map pressure. However, a critical blunder from FLCN’s roamer Owgen — accidentally stealing his own jungler KyleTzy’s Red Buff with Jawhead — hampered their start. Despite the misstep, FLCN recovered and took control in the late game, securing Game 1.
Game 2
Looking to close the series, FLCN drafted Kalea for Owgwen and held a strong early advantage. But just when a sweep seemed inevitable, TLPH executed a brilliant backdoor play — Sanji’s Luo Yi Ultimate transported OHEB’s Moskov straight to the exposed Nexus, stealing the win and forcing a decider.
Game 3
Riding the momentum, TLPH dominated from the draft phase, locking in top meta heroes like Granger, Phoveus, and Suyou. Their superior map control and team coordination overwhelmed FLCN, sealing the series 2-1 in favor of TLPH.
